Boboiboy tak saing Upin & Ipin

SELEPAS sekian lama peminat disogok dengan impak besar menerusi siri animasi popular, Upin & Ipin, kini tiba giliran siri baru, Boboiboy, satu lagi animasi hasil kerja dan kreativiti rakyat tempatan.


Kehadiran siri animasi yang diterbitkan Animonsta Studio Sdn Bhd itu bukan untuk menyaingi siri animasi tempatan sedia ada Upin & Ipin. Sebaliknya memberi pilihan kepada penonton selain membuktikan bidang animasi tempatan semakin berkembang serta mendapat pengiktirafan di peringkat antarabangsa.

Pengarah Urusan Animonsta Studio, Mohd Nizam Abd Razak yang juga bekas pengarah Upin & Ipin berkata, animasi ‘superhero’ itu bukan untuk menyaingi mana-mana pihak sebaliknya fokus utama mereka adalah memberi pilihan kepada peminat siri berkenaan.

Katanya, selain tampil bersama konsep animasi tiga dimensi (3D) ia turut mengetengahkan pelbagai pengajaran serta dapat mendidik penonton khususnya kanak-kanak.

BoBoiBoy's Premiere and the two songs from the show

Salaam and Good Day,

After so many months of hard work and preparations, BoBoiBoy has finally premiered on TV3 on the 13th of March 2011. We were extremely grateful to find out that so many of you watched it and got word that the rating for the first episode was 1.05 million viewers. To those who watched, we sincerely hope you enjoyed it and would like to extend our deepest thanks for supporting us. Please share with us of what you think of BoBoiBoy at http://www.facebook.com/boboiboy. We'd love to know what you think about it. We'll also share new information and other goodies on the Fan Page.

On another note the show has finally premiered the ending theme song of BoBoiBoy entitled "Bersedia". Since many of you enjoyed it do not fret, ringtones will be available in the future. Till then we've uploaded the credits on youtube.

Boi Wonder

At 27 he has created Malaysia’s 1st internationally successful animated children’s series, with movie and merchandise to boot. Part of the team behind Upin &  Ipin, Geng: The Adventures begins and now Boboiboy, JUICEchats with Mohd Safwan on animating for the young.
How was DigiCon6 and Tokyo? What did you get from the whole experience?
DigiCon 6 is a great platform for us to showcase and compare our animations with other Asian countries. We managed to gain some contacts from Japanese broadcasters and animation studios. It’s also a great experience to be able to visit the TBS Studio and Polygon Pictures, and be able to meet with their high-ranking managers and directors to exchange views. I’m very much amazed and thankful for their great hospitality during my stay there.
